Fitskool Live Zoom classes sample timetable Autumn 2020

We are delighted to announce our brand new livestream membership option!

For just £39 monthly – you can enjoy unlimited live classes taught via Zoom direct from our studio!

Stretch, strengthen, tone up and shape up all in the in the comfort of your own home.

This membership is for people who are not ready, are on the waitlist for a studio place, or who cannot commit to in person classes.

The livesteam membership option includes up to 15 Zoom classes weekly – plus access to our online community studio with a full programme of  pre – recorded classes.

Classes include Pilates, Yoga, High Intensity Power Pilates, Foundation Training for backs and kettle bells.

Kick start your post lock-down body recovery 10/07/2020

We are so excited to be back later this month! And delighted to announce the arrival of new top quality equipment and super effective semi-private classes!

To kick start your ‘post lock down body recovery’ we will be running two fabulous introductory Pilates Reformer classes and one super Spring Wall class on SATURDAY 25th JULY  as follows:

New Live Class Timetable 11/04/2020

Join us live via ZOOM!

Our new Pilates and Foundation Training timetable begins from 20th April via Zoom. These popular sessions enable you to participate in your Pilates classes from the comfort of your own home, but still be in a group environment! Attending our Zoom classes also provides you with FREE access to our Fitskool Online Studio membership area.
