Most of our regular classes are paid monthly via our Fitskool monthly scheme. The total annual cost of reserving a mat place on your regular chosen day and time is covered with your monthly payment by bank transfer or standing order. We will supply details when you book your class. Pay as you go apparatus classes are via online bank tranfer to secure your spot.
The monthly payment needs to be paid well in advance of the start date to secure your place.
We will normally request for you to pay at least one week prior.
We really want you to get your regular practice and achieve your goals! While we can’t guarantee it, we make every possible effort to help you change your session. Our classes are very small so please understand that it is much more difficult if two people want to swap together. You will be able to make up missed sessions online as well as attending Zoom sessions – however you need to be a current paying participant in order to continue using Fitskool Online.
We regret we cannot refund missed sessions. If you know you will miss sessions please do speak to us, we will do our best to organise something. Please note that failure to pay your monthly payment will result in automatic cancellation of your mat class place
Monthly payments enable you to spread the cost of all of your classes to one monthly payment over a 12 month calendar year. (Sept-August academic year). You have access to Fitskool Online and all Zoom sessions at no further charge – plus you have reduced rates on private sessions – ad hoc’ appartus classes and remedial massage therapy. The payments are made by bank transfer or standing order one month in advance so you have a record, and no writing out of cheques etc. You will need to commit to a minimum 3 months to start attending mat classes and become a community member of Fitskool online. Workshops and events can be paid online to secure your place. If you have any questions about the event or would like to pay by another method, please do contact us.
You will be screened prior to starting your class. You may need to check with your doctor if anything arises from your health screen. However, you will most likely still be able to join a class or a private session. please do call us to discuss you concerns, we are here to help.
So that we can continue to look after you properly, it is very important that you inform us straight away of any change in your health status. You may be able to continue with modifications, so please let us know as soon as possible. You must not attend any classes if you have any symptoms related to Covid-19 or if you have had contact with anyone with such symptoms.
It is essential that you tell us before you book if you have difficulties getting up and down from the floor. A private class may be more suitable for you at first, or for an initial assessment of your needs, but please do call us for a chat.
We strive to make our classes accessible to everyone, please talk to us or email before you book so that we can plan for your needs. We also run specific clinical classes and semi-private sessions that might suit you better at first, please enquire.
One of the benefits of booking private sessions is the ability to choose your times from the available slots in our diary. If you prefer the same time every week we will do our best to acccommodate you, although we cant guarantee this.
Blocks of special offer sessions do need to be used within the number of weeks booked, unless arranged at the start of your programme.
