Special Pilates Retreat for 'tired ladies'!

We are very excited to be offering a new series of Pilates/relaxation retreat day events for those who may be experiencing stressful times. Perhaps you are feeling exhausted by the menopause or juggling a  busy life and a maybe struggling and a little overwhelmed. These informal days are sutiable for any level and are ideal for people who need a little time and space for themselves in the company of others who understand!

New Back Pain Workshop 12th August


We are offering a new ‘explore’ Foundation Training workshop on Saturday 12th August 12.30-3pm. Suitable for all levels, come along and learn, practise, and deepen your awareness for the benefit of your posture, back strength and pain free mobility. See events page for details

New Semi-private class on Mondays


Due to increased demand – starting September 4th at 5.10pm – we have a new semi-private class in Baddesley – aimed helping you sort out your back pain, any niggling injuries and improve your posture, please see timetable for more details and bookings
