The videos reflect what is taught in our live and in person classes. Content will be very familiar to you if you attend our studio classes.

If you are new to Pilates or Yoga based movement, we have categorised the levels of each class to help you decide how to start

L1 beginners or for a gentle session

L1-2 beginner/improvers

L2 improvers moving to intermediates

L3 intermediate/advanced

Mixed level classes offer options for all levels as required but within the same class

The search option will help you find something suitable – if the choice returned is limited, try removing one or two filters
