Your PILATES, YOGA or MEDITATION class is dedicated time for you – a time and space free from distractions and the pressures of modern life. With our special levels teaching, we accommodate varying abilities and goals within our informal classes. In our bespoke North Baddesley Pilates studio, we have very small group classes and semi private lessons in order to give you the best hands-on attention and a personal service. This is a wonderful opportunity to give your body and mind a chance to rest, restore and to recover and build your strength and energy. Terms and prices with easy payment options!
Most of our classes are booked in course formats. Our programmes are progressive content to ensure you get your desired outcomes. Your fee reserves and guarantees your mat place on that class and must be paid in advance to secure your place.
Clinical classes offer a more modified approach and are designed and overseen by a qualified, registered health care professional.
We do want to ensure you have some flexibility and will do everything we can to help you attend. For course attendees, while we can’t always guarantee it, sessions may be swapped and /or made up on a different class where space allows and with advance notice.
Pop up Spring Wall and pay as you go workshops can be booked ad hoc’. A place is secured upon receipt of the fee .
While modifications and progressions are offered to suit the individual in our sessions, attendees must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided. If this might present an issue, please contact us to book a private conultation.
Places are still limited to ensure quality teaching. Booking ahead and completion of our health screen is essential prior to attending.
