Through a series of unique, intentional postures combined with powerful muscular breathwork, Foundation Training teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints, and put it where it belongs – in your muscles. Learn strategies to strengthen your back, improve breathing and achieve pain free posture.   Learn how to move through  your day pain free, with renewed strength, resilience and performance.

Foundation training is a ground-breaking programme, devised by Dr of Chiropractic Eric Goodman to relieve his own debilitating back pain and avoid multiple level surgeries. To date we have assisted hundreds of our clients to become stronger, fitter and pain free with Foundation Training. It requires no equipment and is a powerful accessory to all movement programmes including Pilates, Yoga and general fitness regimes – right up to elite athletes.

Suitable for all levels – men and women, teens from age 14 and movement teachers and therapists.

For people new to this programme, be prepared for a powerful yet accessible method.  For those already practising; reinforce the benefits, and delve deeper into the transformative effects it can bring to your body and total well-being.
