How will the specialist events benefit me?
Discover help if you have back pain, a posture problem, are stressed or are struggling with hormone imbalances or through the menopause.  The Foundation Training elements and specific Pilates based movements are also excellent for strengthening the pelvic floor and improving posture. Good posture not only improves back, neck and shoulder pain, it is one of the best anti-ageing strategies!

What to expect at our Women’s Wellness Workshops & Retreat Days
The women’s wellness events offer you the latest information about hormones through peri-menopause and menopause diet, exercise, bone health, pelvic floor health, breast cancer and stress management. Each workshop or event has a specific focus and has an exercise and/or relaxation therapy element. The workshops are taught by Kate Gray a registered nurse and breast cancer exercise specialist.
