Are you a tired lady?

Struggling with exhaustion, stress, stiffness in your neck, upper back and shoulders?

Perhaps a sense of feeling overwhelmed at times?

I know, we all have super busy lives and lots of hats to wear.

But have you considered that that your hormones might be behind some of your excess body tension and fatigue, brain fog and reduced quality of sleep?

We don’t have to give in entirely though….

There is only so much we can do the manage our hormones, they tend to behave just as they will.

But we can help to manage their effects and begin to create an environment that will help to calm everything down, so that we can get better rest and restore some vitality and energy.

But we have to reserve some space for ourselves, and women tend to be very poor at doing that!

So, we have created a ‘me day’ especially for you – at our charming New Forest Retreat on the 5th November 2017 at Moorhill House; a peaceful hideaway in the heart of the New Forest.

We won’t be doing a lot – other than gentle and beneficial movement, breathing, stretching and relaxing – this is some time to ourselves….in the company of others that understand.

Time to soothe stress, release tension, relax and restore you –and to be waited on for a change! so lunch and all refreshments are provided.

This day will focus upon exploring the breath – which is a tool we all have, to help us relax and calm the mind and body – and perhaps help settle those hormones.

The breath is with us at all times, but sometimes we don’t enable it to do its proper job of detoxifying, energising, and releasing.

Usually, we just don’t have enough time to spend purely breathing and being – without interruption.

The new Well Woman Day Event – Focus: ” The art of correct breathing” (Joseph Pilates 1945)

  • To begin we have the ‘power hour’ of  Foundation Training –  this is ‘decompression breathing’  to kick start the circulation and wake up the breathing muscles, deep core and connection with that pelvic floor!
  • Late morning, a ‘stretch & breathe’ Pilates class – ‘the art of correct breathing’ – to rid the body of fatigue and muscle tension
  • Take a breath of fresh air in the Forest after your tasty lunch or simply cosy up by the fire in the garden room
  • An afternoon of ‘Pure-Restore’, a deep relax with ‘Nadi Shodhan Pranayama’ – restorative Yoga breath – a Yoga sleep & mindful meditation to close
  • Morning pastries, hot/cold buffet lunch, all coffee & teas, sparkling & still water & fresh fruit included
    The good news is how fantastic these sessions are for your posture, core and pelvic floor!

This day is suitable for everyone – no experience needed!
