This need not be the case and we have several options for you:

Pilates for your back:

General course commences 2nd October in Romsey at 6.15pm fee £35 please see the timetable to book

Specific back problems

With detailed assessment, careful exercise prescription and a supervised programme, there is every possibility that you can manage and improve your back pain safely and effectively.

The specialist back care pathway (BCP) is designed specifically for those who have back pain. The course consists of an initial individual appointment and a six week course, either within a small semi-private group or on a private basis. The pathway programme is designed to free up restrictions, correct muscle imbalance, improve posture and strengthen your back and deep core muscles.

This programme will enable you to take full control and a proactive role in improving your condition. All appointments take place in the North Baddesley studio in complete privacy.

The aim is to work with you to find the most effective pathway to help you get a fitter back. A multidiciplinary approach can also be useful so may require that we liase with your GP. Chiropractor, Physiotherapist or Osteopath, with your permission.

Initial assessment: one hour £45

Private BPC course 6 sessions: £245

Semi Private BPC course £72 (max four people)

Back care pathway appointments are available from July 2012.
