Join us for a two hour introduction, a two and a half hour  ‘explore’ or, a three hour intensive & comprehenisve workshop. Learn exercises, postures and new movement patterns that will help you to move freely, with better posture and with less back pain. You will be surprised at how well these simple but poweful exercises can transform how you look, move and  feel!

Our back pain workshops with Foundation Training run every month in Hampshire and now in partnership with Lynn Exley, Kate plans to take the workshops nationwide!  We can also bring these fantastic workshops to your location and create a bespoke day for your group or workforce.

The workshops are suitable for all levels (providing you can get onto the floor, if not, that’s no problem, book a one to one session)
